• XPA features similar power output to the Cyrus SmartPower but at lower cost. Features including signal sensing and auto power off to allow the XPA to be extremely useful in multiroom installations or where the installation must be hidden from view. Ideal for AV systems and upgrading integrated amplifiers.

The Cyrus XPA is an exceptionally versatile power amplifier with outstanding performance. In a basic installation the XPA is an extraordinary 50W/Ch stereo power amplifier with an unrivalled level of performance. The innovative design of the Cyrus XPA comes to the fore in multi-room applications where its unique input sensing switch-on feature makes it particularly suitable for remote installations (zone 2 or rear channel amplification).

• Offering outstanding performance, the XPA may also be used to upgrade a Cyrus intergrated for bi-amplification of loudspeakers or as the extra channels required for a quality AV system installation. The “Chaining” feature of the XPA facilitates bi-amping or tri-amping a fuller installation.
• For the AV enthusiast, the Cyrus XPA is the ideal choice to drive the rear loudspeakers in a Cyrus surround system.
• The quality lightweight die-cast enclosure of Cyrus XPA has a myriad of advantages both electrically and mechanically. The integrated heatsink design enhances the thermal efficiency allowing higher performance to size ratio. Additionally, the non-resonant nature of the alloy minimises microphonic effects, while its non-ferrous composition provides an effective shield from external electro-magnetic disturbances. This also eliminates coupling of the power transformer stray magnetic fields to the sensitive audio circuitry.
