Please find below an official announcement from Simon, our Managing Director with regard to TuneIn radio and the n-remote:

“Following a protracted and lengthy investigation, we have concluded that the hardware built into legacy n-remote compatible versions of Cyrus streamers is no longer supported by the providers of some third-party services.

We have done our best to support these legacy products for as long as we can, but now find that unfortunately this is no longer possible. Our recommended solution is to upgrade your firmware to the latest version (for details of how to do this click here), which will enable you to control your device via the Cadence App, instead of the n-remote. This substitutes the hardware dependent TuneIn service for the software dependent Airable service. This does give the user some additional benefits, such as access to podcasts, the addition of native Tidal and Qobuz streaming services to your device, a more user-friendly interface, and a more sustainable upgrade path in the future.

For individual service enquiries please contact Chris Clifton on email at”
