Q. How do I arrange a service/upgrade for my product?
A. Contact your local retailer/distributor to arrange a service or upgrade. They’ll make all of the necessary arrangements for you. We regret that we are unable to receive units directly in to our factory.
Q. How much does a service for my product cost?
A. We offer fixed fee servicing for Cyrus products to ensure that there are no unpleasant surprises once the work is carried out. In the UK, our prices can be found here. If you are based outside of the UK, you should contact your local distributor for options and pricing.
Q. How long does servicing take?
A. Turnaround time varies depending upon the current workload at the factory. If you enquire with your retailer, they will request up to date information from us.
Q. What upgrades are available for my product(s) and what is the cost?
A. We offer upgrades for many products that we’ve manufactured over approximately the last 10 years. If you are based in the UK, a full list of the available upgrade options and their costs can be found here. If you are based outside of the UK, you should contact your local distributor for availability and options.
Q. Can the voltage of my product(s) be altered?
A. This is not a service that we currently offer. However, step up/step down transformers are an excellent solution if you need to alter the native mains voltage to suit units built for a different market.
Q. Can I change the colour of my units?
A. Certain upgrades involve a replacement unit, and we are happy to supply an alternative finish if requested at no additional cost. We can also replace the casting as part of a service/upgrade if requested, but for an additional fee.
