Our service and support is headquartered in the UK at our base in Cambridgeshire. For our many global customers though, we have service hubs in various continents, trained by us and capable of providing the same world-class support.
Whenever a product enters our service system, it is not just brought back to ‘new’ condition. Every service update, engineering change notice, firmware and software update is applied, including ‘re-capping’ if necessary. It is then tested on our factory-approved measuring systems to make sure it exceeds the performance parameters for that product and soak-tested for 48 hours before being released to the customer once more.
