Open the Play Store application and search for ‘Google Home’, select the top result with the multicoloured icon that resembles a cartoon house

On the Google Home App page on the Play Store, select install. Once the application has been installed, open through the Play Store or through the shortcut on your Phone, this will appear on your Android home screen or through the Android app draw.

To start using your Google Home application, you will need to sign in to an existing or create a Google Account. The Google Home application will automatically sign you into Google Home using the account details from your Android device. If this is disabled, you will have to input your login details through the application.

To Add your Cyrus ONE cast to your Google Home, select the ‘Add’ option from the Google Home Menu

Once you’ve selected Add, select ‘Set up Device’ from the Add and manage menu.

It should be noted that in this menu you have the option to invite members to your home, create a speaker group (multiroom playback) as well as creating new a Home.

You will need to select which home you’d like to add the device too, this can be changed at any point. Press the blue ‘Next’ button at the bottom right of the screen, the Google Home application will search for devices on your network and connect to your Cyrus ONE cast.

This screen will show whilst the Google Home app is searching for devices on your network.

Select the Cyrus ONE device from the list of found devices and press next to continue.

The Google Home Application is now connecting to the Cyrus ONE Cast.

The Cyrus ONE Cast has successfully been connected to your Google Home Account.

The Cyrus ONE cast will play a chime out of the connected speakers or headphones. Press ‘Yes’ if you hear a noise. Select ‘Retry’ and the noise will replay.

You are able to name and organise your devices through the Google Home App, for example. If you were to use Google Now and say “Hey Google, play Wish you were here” in the Bedroom, your ONE Cast would start playing that track.

Select the Wi-Fi network your ONE CAST will connect to, choose the network and the One Cast will connect, allowing the amplifier to stream independently over Wi-Fi.

Your Cyrus ONE cast is ready to start streaming music.

To stream music through your ONE Cast Amplifier, open your preferred music streaming service supported by Google Home, a full list can be found in the link below

Select the Cast icon above the pause button, from the cast list, select the device that represents your Cyrus ONE cast. If you’re unsure of this, you will be able to check in your Google Home application.

After a short delay. The ONE cast will start to stream directly from the selected music streaming platform, the Cast indicator on your application will change colours, as well as the Cast LED on your Cyrus ONE Cast will change from solid Green to solid White.

Your music will start to play out of your ONE Cast Amplifier, you will be able to use your android device as normal. You are able to control the volume of the amplifier through the volume buttons on your device, as well as control media playback.

As your ONE cast has been set-up on your network, anyone connected to that internet will be able to cast music onto that device, allowing you to easily integrate it with your existing smart home devices.
