Before starting, your ONE Cast must have already been initially set up using the Google Home App. If you have not already done this, you can follow the instructions on our Google Home set-up by clicking the button below. You must also have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile device.
ONE Cast requires a Wi-Fi connection to stream music, streaming music may incur costs if your home internet plan is limited in bandwidth. If you’re in any doubt, please check with your internet service provider for more information.
First, turn on your Cyrus ONE Cast amplifier and wait for the LED to turn from flashing Red to solid green.

We’re going to start by adding the Nuvola skill to your Amazon Alexa. From the Alexa app home screen, select the icon at the top left of the screen to open a drop-down menu.
Select “Skills & Games” from the drop-down menu
Click on the search icon at the top right
Search for Nuvola in the search bar
Select this skill.
Select the blue button labelled “ENABLE TO USE” to add the Nuvola skill to your Alexa.
This will take you to the sign-in page for Nuvola. If this is the first time you have been here, you will need to create a Nuvola account, by clicking on the “Sign Up” link.
To complete the setup for use with Amazon Alexa it is necessary to install the UNDOK app, provided by our partner Frontier who enable this technology, then register a Nuvola account to complete the setup.
Once the sign-up process is finished, you will be re-directed back to the Amazon Alexa App.
You will be asked to search for new devices, hit cancel as we need to add ONE cast to your Nuvola account first.
Search the App Store for Undok, download and set-up the app.
The UNDOK app is only used to set up ONE Cast. Once setup is complete the ONE Cast will remain connected to your Wi-Fi network as part of an Alexa system without the need to open the UNDOK app again.
Once installed, open and follow the initialisation process and agree to the terms and conditions.
From the home screen, select the settings icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Select the top result, “My Frontier Nuvola Account”.
Login to the Nuvola account with the credentials previously used when enabling the Nuvola skill in the Alexa App. Click on the ‘Login with UNDOK’ button.
Open the page in UNDOK and follow the login process
When you get to the My Frontier Nuvola Account screen, select ‘Add Device’.
Find the speaker name that matches the ONE Cast that you set-up in Google Home, select the purple plus icon to add the speaker to Nuvola.
Press “OK” to associate the Google Home speaker to your Frontier Nuvola account, this will connect it to be used with Alexa.
The prompt on the screen says ‘associate with UNDOK account’, this is using your Frontier Nuvola account.
The Cyrus ONE Cast can now be used through Amazon Alexa.
Close the Undok app and go back to the Alexa App. You will now be able to see your Cyrus ONE cast as a device. From within the Alexa app, you can associate this device with a particular room.
If you’ve got a paid Amazon Music subscription, you can now use your Alexa to request and play specific genres, albums or even individual songs through your Cyrus ONE Cast. Just use the same commands as you would an Echo or Echo Dot device but adding “on Kitchen Speaker” or whatever name you assigned to your ONE cast in the initial Google home set-up. Or you can add “in the bedroom” if you have associated your ONE cast with a particular room from within the Alexa app.
So there you have it. We hope you enjoy your Cyrus ONE Cast with Amazon Alexa integration, please find a full list of music commands for Alexa by clicking the button below.Alexa Voice Commands
